I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

Had an extended stay here and it was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and has great amenities. Short walk to lake louisa as well and is close to shopping. The unit is well kept and had everything I needed for my stay! Jessica and her husband responded quickly and answered all my questions. I appreciated their tentativeness!! Will stay here again if I get the opportunity!

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed a wonderful stay! The home was just as described. It was easy to find everything and the kitchen was especially well appointed and organized. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the perfectly heated pool. Robert was very responsive and easy to communicate with about anything. We would definitely love to stay again!

Rhonda and Chip's place was incredible. Sitting out on the back porch overlooking the lake was one of the most peaceful places I have ever been. Both restaurant recommendations were spectacular. My husband had an accident and they were more helpful and accommodating than I could imagine. They are lovely people and the house was perfect. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans etc. that you could want if you were inclined to cook, which we did a little of. The beds were great to sleep on, and the living room chairs were very comfy. We will definitely be staying with them again when we return to the area.

Christy is an amazing host that was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I didn’t have a massive list of things to do on check out, just lock up and go on my way. The home was beautiful and spacious, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It served my family so well for the wedding we were in town for, not to mention the bed was SO comfortable. What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! We were very comfortable in Glen’s house and all our needs were anticipated. The bed and linens provided a very comfortable nights sleep. The house was spacious and clean and a happy environment. I loved to sit out and enjoy the screen porch at night and in the morning. Thanks for everything.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions that made check-in super easy. The location was beautiful, safe, and walkable — perfect for our Universal and Disney trip. The pool was a great bonus, and the room was spacious and well-designed. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
