Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

Very accommodating po ang caretaker and ang bilis po nya mag respond if may need ang guests. The place itself is cozy. They even have free use of camping chair tonuse for the beach. Sa uulitin🤗 will be recommended

5 ⭐️, We had an amazing stay at El casa Mori. The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—just like the photos posted on their account. The location was perfect— close to Monte Maria as well. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided toiletries, free coffee which made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! +++ One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the addition of nets —no mosquitoes or flies to worry about, which made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. Rona’s place was the perfect home away from home, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, ideal for spending fun quality time with family and friends in a private neighborhood within walking distance to Laiya Beach which was especially delightful in the mornings when the tide and sunlight makes the beautiful scenery glow. Groceries, authentic Filipino food spots with home delivery options are nearby. The host, staff, and the locals are warm, friendly and helpful. Loved the breeze and mountain & sea views, the spotless and tastefully designed house, the pool and billiards/ ice hockey. Perfect for just staying in and hanging out with your family!!! Though it was not bad, nearby public beach is near the port so manage your expectations.

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

My third time to stay at this property. The property and especially the host never disappoints. Our go to place whenever we want to spend quiet time plus sand, sea in Laiya The best thing I like about this property is the beach club - - is neaby, a quick drive and its very private. When we went there, we were the only ones in the beach club, maybe because the beach is not open to the public unless endorsed by the property owner. What truly sets this property apart is the host's exceptional service. They are warm, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We also loved the discount promotions for returning guests, making our experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

We had a great stay, which we extended twice and were very sad to leave. The place and surrounding nature are very peaceful and inspiring, and the family was a great help throughout our entire stay. Big hug and thank you to Claudette and Kuya Abel! We loved waking up to all the different birdsongs, and learning about the mangroves along the river. The property had some creative quirks to it, we enjoyed admiring the design, natural materials, and the wonderful artwork created by the host. We wouldn't have changed a thing, and hope to return one day. PS we miss the cats and dogs! 🐕

the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

Ma. Genalyn and her family has been friendly and caring. Mr Alfredo managed to fix a little problem with electricity fast and effectively. We spent a very nice time here, feeling at home in a comfortable place. There's all you need, in a modern contest and a big terrace where to have relaxing evenings.

The place is great and lots of space for our group of 10. The caretakers did a great job in making us feel comfortable even when there was a power outage in the area. There are a lot of activities that we were able to do. A suggestion would be to partner with tricycle drivers to travel back and forth to White Beach since the place is far.

We really liked the place (stayed for 5 days). Its an adventure getting there, but all worth it at the end! A little cocoon of hapiness. Stuck in the ricefields between the ocean and the mountains, this little piece of architectural beauty is yet to be discovered. Mac (the caretaker) was great, helping for groceries ans organising activities (fishing, rivertrek). Simple, well taking care off and friendly people what do you want more?
