House vacation rentals in Mindoro

The place is a bit remote - not easy to find if you are with your own car, but manageable with the help of the host. Not directly at the beach, but very close to a local beach with some fisher boats, only a few (local) tourists). Nice sunset, very nice beach walk.

The place is great and lots of space for our group of 10. The caretakers did a great job in making us feel comfortable even when there was a power outage in the area. There are a lot of activities that we were able to do. A suggestion would be to partner with tricycle drivers to travel back and forth to White Beach since the place is far.

Mark Lester is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. His place is super clean, has nice furnishings and is well appointed with everything you might need during your stay. Though it’s in the city center with a nearby mall, the place is very quiet and secure. The Internet connection inside the house is good which is great because cellular reception in the area is weak. Our short stay was very comfortable and I will be booking this house again next time I am in Calapan.

The place is homey, clean and perfect for a weekend stay!

The place was much further inside the subdivision pero napaka-helpful ng mga guards kahit past 12am na ay inihatid pa rin nila kami. Ikinuha rin kami ng tricycle early morning para di na kami maglakad ng malayo. Neat and clean. The host accomodated all our requests and very accomodating sila to the changes in our schedules.

This place is neat, clean, cozy and very homey. The property is well arranged to welcome guests with comfort. 😌 The host is very responsive and helpful too throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay and near to the city center of Calapan. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

We really enjoyed the beautiful view in front of the infinity pool with the sea and verde island in the background. ! This abnb was a great find . Their attention to detail was amazing. Interiors and amenities were up to hotel standards . It is a cozy getaway for the weekend.They even had a staff who were courteous and very helpful. The beach is a trek down but we were happy to just chill in front of the pool. I highly recommend this place 😍

overall the stay was good , we were 3 families with kids and stayed there for 5 days ,place was big enough to accomadte all of us..host was quite reachable and assisted with pick up and drop from ferry station ..also he guided us to travel agency who arranged our island and inland trips in reasonable price... its nice property sorrunded by woods though a little far from beach...suggestion to have a aircon in living room and a microwave oven in kitchen , rest everything was good, thanks Hans

It was a great getaway, off the grid private breal

It’s very clean and everything included. When I stayed even some cooking basics were already there such as salt and sugar. The main mall is in walking distance. You can get a tricycle to downtown for 20 peso per pax. There are some shops and a hair salon right next to the house. Maybe the only thing it didn’t have when I stayed was a refrigerator which is fine for short stays but you might want to consider if looking for a long stay. The tv is set up with an hdmi cable to connect to a streaming stick or laptop. Luckily i had my laptop with me so could connect it, but there was no table tv or smart box there so you need your own device. The whole area has a great high speed cellular signal so just using cellphone data and hotspot works very well and good speeds. No Wi-Fi but that’s no problem at all if you have cell data as it’s fast enough.

Jei was very helpful as a host, and was able to provide great options for us while we were there. Never had any issues while we stayed at her place. Highly recommended!

Superb place, there are just a few minor stuff that could have been improved. Like bathroom could be a little cleaner. Remnants of old toiletries are left and looked like trash. Screen Door lock is broken. Other than that, Exactly like the decription and the pictures posted. Really cold AC. Lloyd is really responsive. Value is competitive, but i really think for the price, it should include the AC in the living room as well (you need to pay extra for that) . Parking is nice. Its a little hard to find the place at night but once you get there, its easy to go in and out. In summary, its a good 4 to 4.5 stars I would say.
