A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Check in / out was easy and Mayumi was easy to contact and made sure my stay was great. Would definitely stay there again.

I love staying here - a fantastic location, very comfortable and clean studio equipped with everything you could possibly need, a delightful courtyard garden and Steve and Debbie are friendly and helpful, while also respecting privacy. Gold stars from me!

We have stayed in this apartment previously and were happy to return. Pippa communicates well. The apartment is clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and amenities. The apartment is brightly lit by natural lighting and modern styling which suits our taste. You can see Cottesloe beach from the balcony and window in the main bedroom. You will need to buy coffee pods for coffee on arrival unless you are happy to have instant coffee which is supplied, however there are many coffee spots just down the road within walking distance. I love the cow artwork over the bed. The apartment very much suits our needs. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

I have to say Chloe’s home was immaculate. She deserves an additional star for maintaining the cleanliness! I love it, and would definitely love to come back :)

Candie’s place was really easily accessible to a ton of good restaurants and attractions in the Fremantle area! The apartment was really clean and well stocked with all amenities you would need.

We had a fantastic stay here, plenty of room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Parking space right out front is a bonus as we had a hire car and this made things so easy. Air con kept the apartment nice and cool and there were plenty of linens and towels for both bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen has basic necessities and all the cooking utensils and equipment you need to make your own meals. Loved staying here, definitely worth the 5 star rating and would love to stay again if we are ever back in Perth, thank you ☺️

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

Most fabulous location off Burns Beach Road. All was clean. Would have been a remarkable house in its day with opulent swag and tail curtains and pelmets. If it’s a modern pristine house you’re after then this might not be for you. Definite modernisation required, but was comfortable for us all the same. We had been told 2 days before arriving that air-con wasn’t working - had to wait 10 days for part for this to be fixed, which was half our holiday time! A partial refund was given from hosts which was accepted. Fans were provided but in circa 35o heat this did not accomplish much cold air! So this was a large disappointment. The Pool pump was struggling and again dated and pool was urgently in need of a good clean. Having two young children with us was a must for pool to be clean! This was dealt with by hosts. The hosts were excellent at sorting our problems out so cannot fault them. Thank you Lucy and team.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

The house was perfect! The most beautiful home and the pool was an added bonus! Michelle has been so helpful and replied within an hour every time I reached out. Super flexible and friendly. Thank you for our stay x

The accommodation provided so many zones that we were comfortable staying there with different age groups including a baby

This accommodation was amazing. Everything we needed was available including a well equipped kitchen with sauces, spices and coffee machine, a good sized bedroom with ample cupboard space and spacious bathroom. The surroundings were very private and quiet, with lots of birds visiting the garden too. I would highly recommend if visiting Perth.

Place was well kept, great location and had all the required necessities. Felt like home. Highly recommended!

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

A well located and cosy place to stay. Brian and Duern are helpful and friendly hosts who left lots of thoughtful touches in the property to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Fremantle.
