10 out of 10 best Airbnb we have been too while here in Japan for 4 people. We loved the extra amenities. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends! Convenient location as well. We will definitely come back to this location again.

Awesome Place, location was everything! Close to everything, steps from stores, restaurants, subway, bus stop. Anything you need is just outside. Place is big enough for a couple, you have everything you need. Elevator is right there next to the door. I highly recommend this place.

I took up the offer because it was a good price for a group of five. I’m glad I did because not only was the place well-maintained (plus, it was near a convenience store and a train station), but our host was very welcoming and prepared easy-to-follow guides for our ease. If I return to Tokyo, I am definitely keeping him and this property in mind.

I had a good time on my family trip to Tokyo. The space isn't big, but I had a good stay in a clean accommodation, and the location is also good because it's not far from Itabashi Station. I recommend it as a good accommodation.

Ayaka's home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the heart of the action. The house is small but comfortable enough. The bathroom and toilet are more old-fashioned—so if you're expecting one of those high-tech toilets with lots of buttons, you might be disappointed. Ayaka helped us arrange round-trip airport transportation and responded to our questions very quickly. Since we had to leave the house very early in the morning, we forgot to take out and put back the glass set we had placed in a cupboard while half-asleep. We apologize for that.

Amazing place, very cozy and nice fun touch with the Mario theme and Nintendo switch. Great location, quiet but close to main spots and walking distance to 7/11, cafes and night life. Would stay here again!

1. The space is like this, sufficient but not large 2. The surrounding environment is really convenient, and the functions are very good 3. Close to 24-hour Don Quijote 4. Subway is only 3 minutes walk 5. From Haneda Airport, you can take a bus, and it's also a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. 6. You can see the Skytree at the intersection 7. There is an elevator to go upstairs 8. There is a washing machine. You can dry your clothes.

The house was fantastic—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 8. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short and easy walk to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Very close to Aeon market in a quiet neighborhood. Room size might fell a bit small as compared to the photograph (taken from wide angle). Rooms, kitchen and washroom were very clean comfortable to use. Overall a very satisfactory and comfortable stay.

Definitely worth renting the airbnb,me &my friends book this place in May for 6 nights. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best place we have ever been to. The facilities are look brand-new and all functional. The house owner also reply in no sec, giving clear instructions to every questions we inquired. The location is also amazing since there are tons of convenience stores nearby. The only downside is that the plug locations are not that convenient and may cause some problem. But overall, the pros, with no doubt, outweigh the cons!

Space accommodated our group well. Very detailed instructions on how to use all appliances which were very helpful. Good AC, which was important because Tokyo was hot that week. Host helped us coordinate with a vendor for airport transportation and a day trip to Mt. Fuji which was convenient and worked really well. We were a big group -14 people- so next time I will ask a host if we can get cleaning services every few days. It’s hard to share 2 showers and 2 toilets with that many people for a week without housekeeping. Not a criticism at all, just an idea to share with others. Would recommend this property to families or groups!

The one word to describe this home is EFFICIENT. It is cute, organized and very well maintained. It's also cleaned properly. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The best part is the host is uber quick to respond to messages. Good host. House is about 20minutes walk from Koiwa station and from there you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Note: train runs by the house but for some reason the sound did not bother me. Definitely recommend.

I stayed on a trip with a friend. The location of the hotel is amazing!A 30-second walk from Okubo Station, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby that we wanted to go to! The room was very stylish, there were many shower rooms, and I had a very pleasant time!I was very excited to have a nice living room like a luxury hotel that was perfect for chatting until the middle of the night! The host, Jun, was very kind and told me a lot of things in easy-to-understand messages, so I had no problems during my stay.I would love to stay here again when I have a sleepover with friends!

We had a pleasant stay in Tokyo in this accommodation located in the Ikebukuro neighborhood. The description and photos are very accurate. Everything went well: special mention to the host who is very responsive if you have any questions!

This was our first Airbnb in Japan and it started off the trip well. 5 full size beds in 3 bedrooms was great for privacy. Mattresses are on the firm side. It's in the middle of K-town so lively and exciting, but on Monday night, I could hear people and k-pop playing until 4 am. Luckily I enjoy the music and was so jet-lagged, I slept through most of it. There's a filtered water dispenser, which is very nice for filling reusable bottles for the day and not having to worry about buying from the store. There's a couple hosts and the one who was in charge of communication during the trip was very responsive, even when I messaged at 7 am (sorry!) The dining table was nice to eat quick meals at and a Lawson is right around the corner. The shower was fairly clean, but we did have to use the designated shower slippers and the area right outside the shower lacked clean space to put down our clean clothes or toiletry bags etc. Not a big deal unless you're a germaphobe. Overall great experience!

Great location! So close to the hustle and hustle of Shibuya and yet so quiet and so peaceful and in such a great area! I loved the location! The home is clean and very spacious and especially for Tokyo standards and had everything we needed. Close to all types of shopping, grocery, dining, bars and restaurants. The host is very responsive and I appreciated that as well. Overall, I recommend this home for its great location in Tokyo and the fact that it’s a clean and spacious home with a responsive host.

The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!
