This room is located near train stations and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store within one minute walk. I appreciate the washing machine in the bathroom area as well as the reliable dryer located in the common area.

Hiroyuki San was the best host we’ve had so far. Responsive , super helpful and proactive about everything He provided everything for us before we even ask. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities listed and more. He was always for responsive and ready to help with any of our needs It’s nowhere near the “center” of Tokyo so keep that in mind. If you want a stay near Yokohama though it’s the best you can find. Thank you Hiroyuki San for having us

I had the chance to stay in Ted’s Ryokan apartment for one month while I travelled around Yokohama and a large part of Japan. The apartment itself is incredibly stunning, and according to my Japanese friends, authentically depicts a traditional Japanese style apartment. The location of the apartment is well connected by public transport, has supermarkets and laundry services within a 5-minute walking distance and the neighborhoods is very peaceful - especially if you are fan of late night walks. Ted himself is very kind and picked me up from Yokohama station when I first arrived. He is very attentive and answers any questions that you may have. I will return to Japan again and would be very happy to stay at Ted’s place again, if available. Highly, highly recommend.
