Unwind in the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen with a mostly enclosed garden. Modern, stylish shower room with a high pressure rain head shower Double ensuite and cosy single bedroom, both with blackout curtains. Private parking, ultrafast fibre broadband and a smart widescreen TV. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome here.

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm. With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

An exquisitely renovated barn, in the heart of the countryside. Exceptional and original, with lime-washed walls, oak beams, wooden floors and tranquil views. Perfect for WFH. Ten minutes to Bude and the beautiful coastline. Large living space with sofa bed and a small fully-equipped kitchen. Double ensuite bedroom upstairs, leading to a mezzanine (sleeps three children/small adults). Garage parking. Excellent Wifi (fibre). The barn is part of a courtyard, next to a family house.
