This is a unique house in Millinocket Maine in the heart of town. Millinocket is the end of the Appalachian Trail, and has beautiful views of Mt. Katahdin. The house sits directly on an AVT trail, and has access to snowmobile trails across the street. The house is close to amenities such as white water rafting, fishing, hunting, swimming, hiking, and boating. On property there is a washer and dryer. There is no AC on property but there are fans that can be used.
