Vacation rentals with a patio in Mill Valley

Lovely place, small but well equipped and comfortable. A treetop hideaway indeed! Just read the description carefully about access, it's all accurate and if you can't manage 30 steps down to the deck (and back up!) then it's not for you. You can walk from the doorstep right into the Bald Hill open space and on to Phoenix Lake or even Mount Tam, it's lovely countryside so long as you like hills!

Very clean, welcoming place. Alexander’s apartment was very comfortable for 3 adults, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Alexander answered my questions super promptly, he is a great host. We highly recommend his place.

Great spot. James was very responsive. There were nice touches everywhere. It felt like I was staying at a friend’s place.

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Upsides: Cute little place surrounded by trees and wildlife (cute deer dropped by daily) - walkable to downtown and mountain trails. Lovely window desk to get work done if needed, sunny deck with seating. Lots of outlets! Helpful, accommodating hosts. Possible downsides: 10 min hilly street and (narrow at points) trail to downtown - we like to hike so it was fine but if you're not a hiker, you'll want to ride/drive.

Adorable place with a stunning view. So relaxing. Bed was super comfy. The deck was the most perfect place to sit and relax, listen to the ocean. I want to spend every weekend here! So worth it. One of my favorite stays so far for sure.

Johnny’s apartment was cozy just as he described it. I was in Sausalito for work therefore the apartment was a nice respite for my friend and I relax and unwind. We didn’t attempt to use the entertainment system, but rather enjoyed the views from the balcony. I recommend Johnny’s place for one person or a couple.

Hailey’s place was a beautiful and spacious. Our needs were exceeded as we were visiting with family and friends nearby and didn’t require a kitchen for our meals. The space and views from the deck are gorgeous! We will definitely stay again as long as we are not traveling with our elderly parents who require wheelchair accessibility. My family reported sleeping well and feeling very comfortable in Haley‘s space.

Airy, comfortable and immaculate place. Watched surfers, seals, whales and birds everyday.

Perfect location for peace and serenity! The house is spotless, kitchen was open and easy to use, and the beds are comfortable and soft. The hot tub and heated stone sofa were welcomed every morning and evening while listening to the ocean. We will be back soon!

Located in a beautiful valley in the heart of West Marin lies Cow Track Ranch - a working cattle farm that’s in amongst the most beautiful scenery imaginable. The property is located 1.25 miles down an unpaved road which incidentally makes a great road for a jog or walk. The farm dogs are friendly. It’s very dark and quiet at night which is much appreciated. Recommendation to bring the food and drinks you need as there’s no grocery/restaurant immediately nearby. The property is well positioned between Novato, Petaluma, and Point Reyes. We loved every minute of our time on the ranch and look forward to our next stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is maintained perfectly for guests - everything from the most common chargers on each bedside table, excellent WiFi, a night light in the room designed for kids, and every item you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and rooms just right for a family. The yard and outdoor space was particularly special and perfect for a family get together, evening meals, and/or daytime activities. Thomas was exceptionally responsive and made check in a breeze. We will definitely be back!!

I had to travel for a business and instead of staying in another hotel - I opted for a more personal space. Fortunately, some days I was able to work remote and it was truly the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I stumbled upon this cozy cottage and I highly recommended it. I felt incredibly safe, loved exploring the quaint downtown of Mill Valley, hiking the nearby trails that were walking distance from the cottage, and being immersed in nature without sacrificing, the technology abilities as the Wi-Fi is very reliable! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay there and looking forward to my next visit in the near future!

Great place for a beach weekend. Beautiful walk to the beach.

Perfect for celbrating an anniversary with my wife. The location is tucked away and felt private, but is close to the beach and restaraunts.

We loved staying here! Andy and Jen were always helpful and very responsive. Their house is beyond beautiful. It was so fun staying amongst the redwoods. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Nice cozy place and good location.

The home was beautiful, clean, and relaxing to stay in! We also enjoyed the central location of the Mission, which had lots of fun things to do nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

Ben's place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and all his art and decor is beautiful. Ben put out snacks on our arrival which was so lovely after a long travel day. As a former Mission resident I can attest the location is amazing you're close to everything in the Castro and the Mission. The bed and living area were perfectly comfy and Ben's work setup was great to work from while looking out on the neighborhood surrounded by plants. Was also delightful to be able to cook in a well equipped kitchen during our stay. Truly a home away from home, will definitely stay here again next time were in SF.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. C Simply outstanding in every way: this place is true class and comfort in the clouds. The two of us indulged in the glorious views for hours, and then stepped out to easily access San Francisco’s most famous neighborhoods. The penthouse could be the best way ever to love this city. Plus, the decor is amazing and the accommodations met all of our needs. We are so grateful to have spent some time here , and to our host for his ease of communication and hospitality.

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

This studio is such a little gem! It’s very well designed, and has all the amenities I needed for a quick work trip. Oksana clearly put a lot of thought and care into making sure my stay was comfortable - I really appreciated the cozy slippers and snacks. Definitely keeping this Airbnb in mind for the next time I’m in SF.
