The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

It is situated in the grounds of our family home, next to National Trust woodland and with excellent walking and cycling on the doorstep. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

The Old Stable

We have converted the old stable into a guest accommodation and can offer a compact and modern living space right in the heart of Dunsfold. No street lamps, one pub and the village shop just about sum up the ambience. It's a beautiful springboard for country walks and our cosy and separate studio will provide a comfortable and well appointed base. Whilst some reviews suggest that the stable is small, and that's something we can't deny, everyone also adds that it is perfectly formed!

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
