Our stay was just what I needed. I am paddling the Murray River with my brother and we are about 1/2 through so a 4 day rest was well earned. Nice and quiet, afternoon nana naps, beautiful sunrises. An extremely comfortable bed made for great nights sleep.

The exterior view features a modern building with a decorative sign that reads 'Coffee.' A low stone wall and wooden slatted gate provide a welcoming entrance. Landscaping with small gravel and a shrub in the foreground enhances the clean lines of the architecture.

We had a great stay. Clean, spacious, easy to use kitchen, wonderful hot water system, VERY comfortable bed, easy walk to shops and eateries. TV a good size and despite no WIFI we could access our Netflix account. Automated front gate Leigh communicated about prior, so all organised on arrival. Wonderful to have jetty at rear for boat mooring. Leigh was an easy host to communicate with. Would highly recommend. We were a couple, but two couples or a family would fit comfortably in this house. NB Stairs to climb.

A welcoming entrance is framed by white picket gates, leading to a gravel pathway bordered by blooming pink crepe myrtle trees. The path guides towards a charming house with a dark front door, surrounded by well-maintained green lawns.

Clean and calm stay in Mildura. Has everything you need. Not in walking distance to the central town but an easy drive, and only across the street from grocery store. Not a busy stretch of road at night so nice and quiet. Was the perfect place for my partner, pup and eye to base our stay and explore the area. Would stay again!
