Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. A private entry and plenty of on street parking make arrival and departure easy. The comfortable living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two people as well as a pull out twin bed. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator as well as a toaster oven and electric kettle. One bedroom has a full size bed & the other has a twin/trundle. The Apartment is in what back in the day was the town doctor's office and is attached to the owner's house. We think you'll be very comfortable!
