The apartment is in a very good location. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. The center (Galaxy, Kaskada) is 5 minutes away. There is a shop and Manhattan market nearby.

The 1857 house located by Oder Neisse bicycle path and short drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility.
