I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. A 15-20 minute drive to several major canyons, right near TopGolf, the Jordan River Parkway, and Gardner Village. Enjoy the 65-inch tv in the living room, a 55-inch tv in the master bedroom and King Dream Cloud bed in the master. Two car garage, and very fast wifi connection. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water.
