The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. In Kerteminde, there are several shopping opportunities and dining options as well as the waffle house. In addition, mini golf, Fjord og Bælt Center and the Johannes Larsen Museum. Nybro farm shop is also worth a visit.
