Monthly Rentals in Midland County

My husband and I stayed at Cindy’s place for a weekend, and we enjoyed our visit! The home is as pictured and all the listed amenities are present. Cindy was very responsive with any questions and concerns, and was accommodating to our travel plans which fluctuated some due to us traveling in from out of state. Of note, this home has a single window unit ac as listed! It can be a little hot if visiting in the summer time. There were fans provided as well, which helped to make the stay comfortable! We would definitely stay here again if we were ever to travel back to midland!

Great location near Grove Park, a short walk from downtown Midland. Well-kept space that met the description provided. Kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom, and parking were all as shown on listing, and wonderful for us. John was responsive and accomodating. Very pleased with our stay!

This is a little Midland gem of peace and quiet near downtown, walking paths, restaurants, and Dow Gardens. Clean and clutter free. This a perfect ABB to rest and recharge from hectic day to day of life. I highly recommend Tyler's ABB.

Not too big, not too small. Lindsay's place was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We felt cozy and at home, perfect for resting between busy days. The beach is quite a walk but the hand drawn maps help to find the way!
