Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our guest suite ( Chill Studio) has its own entrance within the adjacent annex . Its sparkling clean & only a short walk from the forest & award winning village store & two pubs. Perfectly located so you can unwind & relax in this area of outstanding national beauty or enjoy activities at neighbouring Arundel, Cowdray or Goodwood. Parking is 50 yds from the house.
