Waterfront vacation rentals in Middletown Township

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront studio! The location is unbeatable, steps away from the sand with stunning views and easy access to everything I needed. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great location! Love the water pressure in the shower. This was perfect for my families vacation and appreciate the use of the washer and dryer to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend and stay again

We had a great few days at Janice's lakeside retreat! The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Our favorite place was the deck and dock, where we spent most of our time enjoying the sun and lake views. Janice was incredibly welcoming and warm as well. We have already recommended this escape to our friends and family :)

Vlad was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond. The house was perfect, nothing to complain about... ample space, a beautiful kitchen, a bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden, a dream backyard, and quiet, typical surroundings. Getting to Manhattan was also incredibly easy, just a very pleasant 7-minute walk to the PATH train, which takes you to the World Trade Center in just two stops. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Vlad!

This place worked perfect for our first visit to NY. It was comfortable with spacious seating in the living room. A/C worked well. We took the bus from 47th St to Times Square every day. Much cheaper than Uber or ferry. They accept cash, $4 each way or pay via NJ transit app, but I had issues with it. Coming back in the bus terminal can be confusing. Our gate was 212, but it may change and staff was not helpful. There’s monitors you can view, bus 166 is what we took.

The location was easy to locate. Apt was clean, tidy, calm and it was very comfortable for parking. We stayed for 4 nights and my kids and family never had any complaints. Greatly recommend this place.

Very cute apartment in a great location. Private, peaceful and relaxing with breathtaking views of the bay. Amazing sunrise/sunsets. Annette was a great host making us feel welcome with some delicious treats upon arrival. Great communication. House was equipped with everything we could’ve needed and House Binder had all the info clearly spelled out. Would highly recommended and will definitely be back for a sweet escape!

THANK YOU ANDREW!!!!! This house was great from the first time I saw it on Airbnb. We had my daughters wedding in Hazlet Friday 5/23 and this location was everything we needed for both the church and venue. But the house was just what I saw on the pictures and the deck was what got me. It overlooked the bridge and water, corner lot, great back yard with Firepit and chairs as well as the deck GREAT VIEW. The rooms were good not too many things in there, the living room comfy, the downstairs was awesome. There were 10 of us and everyone was very happy with my choice. Andrew was GREAT from the beginning so sweet and cool. He was so understanding of my event and welcomed us with champagne for my daughter. I do not have enough words to describe my wonderful experience at Andrew's place and we are already planning to book it again next year for my daughter's First Anniversary. Thank you again Andrew, have an amazing summer and God bless.

Shiying’s house was perfect for our family get together. Everyone felt comfortable, the view was outstanding, we sat on the side deck for hours. We had plenty of towels, linens, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfy and the dining table sat all of us which is very important to us. And plenty of parking which is not easy to find on the lake!

We had a great time at Luz’s place. She was very responsive and proactive. The place itself is perfect for a couple and the views/lake access are the biggest perk. Very close to many great restaurants (all within a 7 min drive) and not far from other great places if you don’t mind driving a bit further. It was the perfect place for a long weekend and we hope to be back soon!

The kitchen is especially well suited for cooking, and there is a huge stash of puzzles and games for a rainy afternoon. The deck and outdoor seating make pretty places to eat. It is in a very quiet and peaceful spot, but has proximity to restaurants and a grocery store if you want them. George is available and helpful. (Try Ocean Gate beach, a little local beach, for which the host has provided beach chairs and umbrellas and a parking pass.)

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Catherine's place was INCREDIBLE. We stayed for two nights, the space was immaculately clean when we arrived. Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had (which weren't many because she had us very well prepared with her great communication. Beach right across the road, ferry to the city a few blocks down. Such a peaceful spot - couldn't recommend more!

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

We came with another family for the soccer tournament over Fathers Day weekend. The location was perfect - right across the boardwalk and less than 10 minutes to soccer games and rides. Was also impressed that the place was just like the pictures as sometimes people post inaccurate pictures to make places look better. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive every time I sent a message prior to, during and after the stay. We will definitely consider this place again if we do the tournament next year!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends and was so impressed with the cleanliness, updated amenities, and private parking. Myra was incredibly helpful leading up to my stay, allowing for an early check in and clear instructions on how to access the unit. Upon arriving there was a handwritten note and a basket full of various provisions. I would stay here time and time again! It was a wonderful experience

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.
