Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Middletown Township

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Stayed for MDW, had the BEST stay! The place looked exactly like the pictures posted on the app. Ben was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Very understanding as well. Would stay here again and recommend all!

We had a fantastic stay in Seabrite! The home is as described—clean, comfortable inside with nice backyard patio and 2 front porches. The house is full of thoughtful touches and has EVERYTHING you need for a summer or winter get away. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the center of town Once the car is parked you can put away the keys until its time to leave. Check-in was a breeze. The host David is communicative and kind throughout the entire stay. We love this house and highly recommend it to others. Already booked for next year.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We have a child that lives nearby and usually get a hotel room at either oyster point or the wave and we always prefer a balcony room Sophie’s place is so stinking nice and so is she Lord willing will always stay at Sophie’s place instead of either of those hotels We get beautiful, clean wonderful home a place to park a terrific location views of the boat a full kitchen two decks and outdoor space Seriously this place is just wonderful I pray we’re able to get it during the high season as well Thank you again, Sophie what a great place !!!

Fantastic place to stay! This was our first Airbnb experience and it was awesome. The host, Jean was super responsive and helpful. The place was clean, had snacks and a good setup in the kitchen to have the things you’d need for a great stay! House was easy to get in and out of and it was very clean and accommodating! Felt like a home away from home.. would stay again!

The place was clean and a good location with walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay here. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Elyce adds her own personal touch to your stay. We will definitely consider staying at The Weekender again in the future! Sidewalk access was a definite plus, especially if you are looking to go into town for food and drink. Everything is very is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and having coffee out on the balcony. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this place!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

Wow. What a stay. Thank you Allie for an incredible time in Asbury. The place was even nicer than pictured, location was perfect, and Allie went above and beyond as a host. A must stay if you are in the area wanting to be near the town and beach, but also in peaceful townhome.

Mabel’s place was just as it pictured she was very helpful. She even set up a birthday surprise for my sister. The only thing is they do not supply you wash clothes so bring your own. Plenty of space for me and friends. The neighbors can be a little loud but they didn’t keep us up. There is a plaza near the house that has everything you need if you forget anything. Overall I would stay again if going to NY.

Michael was very hospitable, he made me and my dog feel right at home. He was super kind to my dog, and let her run around his backyard. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There were also miles of trails not even a block from his home.

Great host and great stay! We really enjoyed our time here, would highly recommend to anyone interested. Beautiful, peaceful, everything we needed and more.

Wonderful lakefront getaway. Nicely secluded, right on the water, very clean and welcoming property! Saying hi to the horses on our hikes was a nice addition…

My 12 year old son and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is exactly as advertised. My son enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the picturesque lake. The surroundings are scenic and tranquil. I enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunrises over the lake while drinking my espresso. We enjoyed the fire pit as the sun set and the stars came out. If you like nature and quiet as well as a clean house this place is ideal. I would come back here anytime.

My family and I were in the area for our Son's graduation and are so very thankful we were able to stay at the ranch. The property was clean and well cared for with all the amenities one could ask for. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
