Vacation rentals with a patio in Middletown

Robert and Tara were absolutely amazing and very sweet people! The A/C went out during our trip and they were right to us bright and early the next morning remedying the issue for us. The entire place was clean and very beautifully set up. The location was great as well with Walmart and the highway just minutes down the road. I wish our trip was longer and we had gotten to stay a few days more. Will be keeping an eye on this for any trips to Louisville!

Justin's place on 4th St was awesome - perfect for my son and I on an overnight stay after traveling to Louisville for a concert. Justin was super communicative and friendly. His place is super clean and comfy (makes me want a new mattress at home!). Will definitely contact him next time we're in town and need a place to stay!

This is a gem, especially at its current price point. Apartment is right in the heart of downtown, one block from 4th Street Live, a short drive from NuLu and the Bardstown Rd area. Louisville has really invested in revitalizing these areas with a ton of eclectic restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. The Apartment provides all new appliances, w/d, great balcony views, and security, with fob only access to the building and parking garage. There is a large private pool w/sun bathing area, hot tub and grill area for socializing. I was pleasantly surprised at check-in and thrilled by check-out with my decision to book with Devin and NaKayla! Whenever I come back to Louisville, I'm gonna look to book with them and would advise the same IF a one bedroom accommodates your needs. 5 STARS 🌟

The host was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They not only provided so much useful information about the home and area but gave customized information, worked with us for an early check-in and checked on us after we arrived. She's super friendly and the home is great. With the 2 rules being take off shoes and have fun... it was a great place and somewhere we would certainly stay again if we're in the area.

The place was perfect for my bach party during Kentucky derby weekend. Especially with booking the top room as well. There was a door that combined both air bnbs. It was so helpful being able to go back and forth for both of my groups that were staying in their respective rooms. Amazing host no complaints on the stay what so ever. The only issue I ever see arising with this place is parking if you have people you don’t know stay in the other apartment. Definitely max of 4 cars fit in the driveway. And the sound levels for the bottom residents. But it is described in the description so if you complain about it then that’s on you for booking it knowing the situation. Loved the golf course right down the road. Good restaurants and walkable pizza shop and liquor store. Really was a great weekend with my friends and I thank Shaalim for being so responsive during the 10 months we communicated back and forth when I booked.

This is a great place to stay in a very nice town. Everything in the house was well taken care of and clean. Five stars and will use this host again!

Jaclyn’s place was the perfect, dreamiest stay in a very walkable area! The decor originally drew us in (I mean how could it not — it’s absolutely gorgeous) but the amenities, convenience and Jaclyn’s prompt communication were the cherries on top. Would highly recommend her place if you’re looking for the coziest home away from home. Her guidebook with recommendations was amazing. We tried many of her suggestions and she was spot on with all of them!

Nice place and peaceful didn’t want to leave so I stayed two more days. I would come back anytime and will tell friends/family to have great my Airbnb was .

The cottage was beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent the days we were there visiting several distilleries which were all conveniently located to the cottage. If you’re looking for a spot to unplug this is the place to do it! The WiFi is very spotty, so it’s definitely not the place to go if you have to do any work while traveling.

This was an amazing home to be in for my graduation weekend. My family and I felt right at home. Everything was extremely clean and the hosts were very responsive. The home looks just like the photos and it’s super cozy/homey. This place is great for a family get away and pretty close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend for all.

We wanted a quick, midweek, night away for our 20th Anniversary. We’d had a particularly overwhelming a stressful, busy couple of weeks with other family commitments and a death near the family. We booked the day before our stay- very last minute! Becky & Heather were fantastic hosts. The house was ready, the hot tub looked brand new it was so clean, the backyard is an oasis of relaxation, and everything was just perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy! We ordered take out from the nearby Crestwood Bistro- delicious!! Just wish we’d had more time. We’ll definitely recommend Becky & Heather’s place to friends and family.

My Family and I 7 of us loved the location. Minutes from shopping, interstate, food, large enough yard to enjoy catch or just sitting together. Everything was clean and as described. The only thing I personally would focus on a bit more is yard maintenance, there wasn't anything crazy just some cleanup and trimming. Rob was a great host overall and had I needed anything I'm sure he would have gladly assisted however he could. I will book here again the next time I'm in the Louisville area!

The house looks exactly like the photos. We hung out in the garage every night and had a blast. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 in there and plenty of activities to entertain us all. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms and 3 community spaces, so people also have the option of doing their own thing if they prefer. The bedrooms are spacious with huge closets. I like being able to unpack and put all my luggage away when I travel, so this was amazing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was also nice. The house is located just down the road from Bulleit Distillery and about 25 minutes from Buffalo Trace, which is our favorite distillery, so that worked out great. From there, we could get to any distillery we were interested in visiting in about 45 minutes or less. The host of the property was fantastic to work with and was very responsive. I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend this home!

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Sophia’s place for 2 nights for a much needed mama stay-cation. It was perfect, the building was quiet and very secure. I felt very safe. The apartment is just as described and as very clean and so cute. Perfect walking distance to anything in east market district which was great for a girls night out and Sunday brunch! Will definitely try to book again for another stay cation or girls night!

What a wonderful place. So much to do within walking distance. Diane responded within 10 minutes for any questions I had. I would definitely return to this condo.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
