A lovely purpose built annexe, with fitted kitchen to include washing machine,dishwasher,refridgerator,oven/hob and microwave.Lounge has TV with dvd,books and games,wi-fi,sofa-bed and French doors to garden with garden chairs/table and BBQ.The bedroom has a superking sized bed that can be unzipped and unlinked to make two singles if required and built-in wardrobes.Bathroom has shower over bath with basin and W.C.The property has underfloor heating and secure outside storage for bicycles etc.

Set on two floors, the ground floor has an excellent, bright, spacious living room with the original cast iron range and a magnificent kitchen with an American sized fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and a unique glazed wall, which provides views into the drive room , which features original cast iron cog wheels and pulleys.
