Nita is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever met. The cabin was absolutely amazing—my wife and I had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect, from the cozy atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I truly can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely be returning.

The Fish House is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! My husband & I found it to be quite spacious for 2 people. The location was perfect; we were there from Sunday-Wednesday, and it was quiet and peaceful the whole time. It was conveniently located to Irvington, White Stone and Kilmarnock and all those towns have to offer! The A/C is brand new, and very effective against the Virginia heat and humidity. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing food, and we appreciated the coffee & tea supplies that were provided! The bed is comfortable and we slept well. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the water. As a bird watcher, it was so relaxing to view the local wildlife with the binoculars provided. Michelle is a wonderful host! Her instructions are clear, and checking in and out was easy. She also answered all our questions promptly, and thoroughly. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway on the Northern Neck, stay at The Fish House!

Nothing but great things to say about Pelican Place. The accommodations were excellent and TV couldn’t have been a more kind and helpful host. The location was perfect for exploring Irvington and the surrounding area. Hope to get back again soon!

House was cute and clean, Julie had great food recommendations. The handicap ramp was very nice for my elderly dog but the vinyl floors were a little slippery until I put booties on her, the youngsters had no problem. My friend and I had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and stay quite enjoyable. We stayed an extra day from the weekend dog trial to explore Belle Isle State Park. It was a lovely mini-vacation with our dogs.
