Waterfront vacation rentals in Middlesex County

John & Lina were great hosts! They were quick to respond to any communication & were very proactive in making sure that we had all the details prior to arrival. They were thoughtful & left water and snacks for us too! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, a clean, well cared for place to stay. Kitchen was supplied well with essentials; plates, pots, pans, glasses etc. Description in ad is very accurate. We didn't visit the lot across the street so I'm unable to comment on that but you can see the lake from the kitchen & living room windows. The area is nice; we felt comfortable & safe. There is a road in the front of the home that sees a fair amount of traffic but we didn't notice any noise issues. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. I will point out that if you are a very tall person that the rooms do have lower ceilings than you may be use to; it didn't bother us. My husband & son are both 5'11 & were fine. We loved this apartment & we would stay here again.

This was my second stay at Jessica's wonderful retreat space. This time, I was in town with 2 companions for my son's graduation from Clark University in Worcester. The apt. was perfect for this purpose, as it was for my first stay. This place is an oasis away, but very convenient to Worcester, restaurants, and cultural activities of downtown. For those who like outdoor recreation, there's a lake and a fabulous disc golf course nearby. If you wanted, you could just stay on site. Jessica's grounds are lovely--beautiful, well-tended gardens, places to sit and reflect in nature. The apartment is very comfortable for a good night's sleep, and it includes an inviting common space for guests to spend time together (playing one of the board games, or if one must watch TV it's there, too, but hidden from view if you don't want it as a focal point). A great place for a quiet retreat, or for families. Plus, Jessica is always gracious, helpful, goes above and beyond. You won't regret booking!

Anne's place is amazing! If you love history, or don't, it a beautiful home! It really does have the 1700's feel and look. I love history, so I very much enjoyed staying here! I stayed in the upper portion of the smaller house area and it was perfect, even for 3 people. The bathroom was very well equipped and nice. Clean as well! The kitchen was handy and cute, and the rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Anne's backyard, which is available to guests, is just quite beautiful! I enjoyed my cup of coffee as I walked around her back yard, in the cool morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The area is great and in a super cute little town.

Adam’s place was very nice. It was comfortable and very clean. The view of Boston was amazing. The location is really great! Next door to the train. There is also a convince store which is basically in the same building which was very nice to be able to get basic things.

Carrie and Craig were awesome hosts and the pictures of the Airbnb don’t do justice to how beautiful Dudley Pond is! My husband and I were in town for 2 nights for a wedding and we really enjoyed staying here! The well stocked fridge with welcome drinks and bars was an added bonus and we loved kayaking on the water (they also have a paddle board that we didn’t get a chance to use). Such a fantastic retreat and would love to visit again soon :)

Johanna's apartment was huge and spacious. The weather was terrible during one day of our stay. Fortunately, because the apartment has so much warmth, comfort, and space, my children and I returned and enjoyed our time there. I couldn't imagine being stuck in the elements because the apartment was too small or not conducive. The location is excellent, a 10-minute leisure walk to Harvard Square, where we found eateries with a wide range of prices and variety. We also took the subway(T) from the Harvard Square station to many other attractions in Boston.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, spacious, modern, with plenty of supplies. We were able to walk to various restaurants. The host was very responsive and gave us great local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Jason’s. We could walk to the North Station or Haymarket stop in less than 10 minutes and it was even closer to Mike’s Pastry or Theo’s. The front windows look out to a local ballpark with the river beyond. We were able to see sailboats passing by. It’s very quiet at night which was a pleasant surprise for being in the heart of the city. One morning my son got up and walked the Freedom Trail which is very close by, he went over to Bunker Hill and USS Constitution easily. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. We will definitely see if this spot is available when we come back!

Fantastic stay!! Bryant's place is exactly as described and depicted. If you arrive after dark, there are some daunting stairs but once you approach them motion activated light reveals that the stairs are minor and we'll lit. There is plenty to do in Worcester and almost everything is within 3 miles of Bryant's place. Bryant is an extrememly responsive and helpful host Dedicated off street parking is a particularly nice touch. Bryant's place is very nicely appointed, but the true jewel of the place is the beautiful lake that is in Bryant's back yard. It's easy to spend all day on the deck enjoying the view and tranquility. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, the house was clean. I definitely recommend it.

Great location, great owner, and wonderful stay. We loved walking all around the neighborhood. The screened in porch was lovely. Wonderful backyard. Very nice sheets and towels. Excellent wi-fi and TV. We couldn't have been happier here.

We had a group of four girlfriends coming to town for an anniversary party and the four of us stayed at Anne and Giovanni's place. It was easy to find, right off the main road, and check in was very easy. There are three real bedrooms with a queen each, the fourth bedroom is an attic/playroom with a bunk bed, so our fourth person elected to sleep on the fold out couch downstairs, which was very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, which was plenty for our four adults. We had a full day of rain which turned out great b/c we sat in the screened in porch all day and caught up and watched the rain on the lake. We had everything we needed and the house was a lovely place to spend a long weekend together! Check out was very easy and our hosts were communicative throughout. We would stay there again!

We were staying in the area for a wedding and Michael’s house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to relax.

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

This home was inviting and comfortable. It felt just like home. Although our trip was cut short for personal reasons, we were able to recharge, relax and catch up with friends in a relaxed space.

Thank you for sharing your home! I found this a very convenient location to the T which brought us right to downtown Boston. I especially appreciated the umbrella that was left for use in the living room as I forgot mine and it was a rainy weekend. This apartment was spotless and I loved the espresso machine!

Sadi was responsive and caring. The space was immaculate, communication was prompt and detailed, and we felt right at home.

The place was stunning and close to Boston Commons and all the tourist attractions. Jay was wonderful and came over to greet us and talk about all the amenities and getting around Boston. We loved the place and looking forward to staying again!
