Duplex apartment in an original Antwerp town house

Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

Two large windows provide a view of the harbor cranes along the water. Natural light floods the room, enhancing the bright ambiance. The serene water reflects clouds in the sky, creating a peaceful backdrop to the interior space.

Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Apartment is in an old more than 450 year old building, near the Cathedral, the hotspot for tourists, where really everything is at your feet. Open the windows of the living room, and you will feel yourself in the middle of the vibrant, bustling Antwerp. You can visit everything easily on foot. If you are someone who likes to eat and drink, the world cuisine is found in the immediate vicinity; for Belgian food, just walk down the stairs, and you can dine in the ‘Pottekijker’.

Our apartment of 93 m² is located in the center of Antwerp in a small and quiet residence, has 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms with quality beds, an open kitchen (fully equipped), a comfortable bathroom and a separate toilet. The interior is a mix of old family furniture and recent design elements. A Smart TV and good WiFi connection are of course available. There is also a washing machine and drying cabinet for your comfort. We love a personal approach, hopefully so do you!

Everything was perfect. The apartment itself is very cute, with a lot of charm -high ceiling, nice decoration, several floors, cute terrace to chill outside in the sun. It was very clean and you also have everything you need there. The apartment is well located, you can easily walk from there to the center of the city, or just take the tram. We definitely recommend it!

Fantastic host and flat - Vlatko was very quick to respond to my messages and had some great local recommendations. The flat was great for 2 people - beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a night in cooking. It was very clean and well organised and we were able to organise a late check out as we were on a late train. The location is wonderful and easy to walk along the river, as well as to the center of town and anywhere around the city. There were also bike rentals available nearby too. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic location, right in the middle of a great part of town. Colette’s place had a great vibe with everything we needed and cool styling inside, plus it was above the bar she owns which had a great atmosphere too. Would definitely stay here again.
