We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nicely decorated, the furniture style is tasteful and cozy, so you immediately felt comfortable. The location is wonderfully quiet, just right for a relaxing holiday. We were there for seven days and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere. The hostess was always available and provided us with a lot of helpful information right from the start. The reception was also particularly nice: The gentleman at the reception warmly welcomed us and took time for a nice conversation at check-out, including many great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and welcome – absolutely recommended! Thanks !! :)

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

Very kind host. Great check in- and out times. Price was okay. But high but completely acceptable for the luxury. Also the chill out area was awesome. Great place to stay!

Tom was very accurate and very attentive. Thank you so much for trying to find a crib with sheets and blankets for my little girl, even though it wasn't generally offered. The place was clean and complete with everything you need in an apartment. It would also have been helpful to have a small iron and equipment more suitable for recycling garbage. We had some difficulty finding the cottage because the quality of the map sent on the chat was low and unfortunately we did not have a paper one. Otherwise, great! Thank you so much Tom for your hospitality! 😊

We had a truly great experience at this beautiful cottage! The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the comforts we could wish for. We especially appreciated the smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom, as well as the stunning tiled bathroom. The layout was thoughtfully designed—even though it’s a brick cottage and somewhat small, it never felt cramped and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The location is truly special—nestled in the middle of the woods, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The absence of cars on the property made it feel very safe and relaxing. Walking back to our car through the beautiful trees was a pleasure in itself. The cottage is conveniently located right across from the pool, and there are playgrounds both nearby and on the other side of the property, which was a pleasant surprise for families. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and felt comfortable from the first moment. In advance, the hostess Yvonne provided us with numerous tips about the area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The apartment was in excellent condition and exactly matched the pictures – stylishly furnished, very clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic location with beautiful views of the lake – simply a place to breathe deeply and enjoy. Yvonne surprised us with loving little things to welcome us, and you can tell in every corner how much heart she puts into her accommodation. If you are looking for rural idyll and tranquility, you will find it here – perfect conditions for relaxing, hiking and enjoying nature. And the popular Roermond outlet center is only 20 minutes away by car. We look back on a relaxing, happy time and are very grateful for this beautiful accommodation. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed for several weeks and had a amazing time. The location is so serene and beautiful while still being near cities. Living in the middle of nature was very special. Something to consider is that the house is quite clairaudient, which was no problem for us at all. Overall we are super satisfied. We highly suggest this House.

What a wonderful stay in Lan Aken! The place is super comfortable and equipped with every comfort, with the jacuzzi and sauna as highlights. I had asked if they could do something special for my girlfriend's birthday and they arranged that fantastically, really a surprise with care and attention. Absolutely recommended, we'd love to come back someday!

We stayed for a week at Roy’s place and absolutely loved it. The cottage is right by the river with complete privacy, perfect for a quiet getaway. The hot tub was excellent, and the host left us a nice surprise: a bottle of wine. The house had everything we needed. Watching the sunrise over the river was stunning! The terrace is also a great spot to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. We’ll definitely come back.

Our stay at Wellness Jungle was great! We were a little afraid of it, because you have to heat the hot tub yourself, and chop the wood yourself and such, but it all went very smoothly. It was even a fun experience to do all this yourself. Definitely recommended!
