Simply sensational! No words to describe the view of Vasconcelos' flat. Flat cozy, clean, very well furnished, all working perfectly. It is certainly an excellent place to rest up and enjoy the surroundings. My only recommendation would be to make available in addition to the microwave, a sandwich maker and an air fryer. No more, simply impeccable! I want to come back more often whenever I want to recharge!

My stay was very good. Adriana was very helpful, suggesting beaches to enjoy. The apartment is very beautiful, organized and clean! It has an excellent location, in a quiet area and close to everything (beauty salon, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Piedade beach). There was nothing to be desired. Adriana left clean towels and a hygiene kit (soap and shampoo). The place is well-equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you can think of using. I only stayed 2 nights, but I enjoyed the space and, returning to Recife, this apartment will certainly be on my list of choices.

Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house houses the 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, all equipped, not missing anything! The hosts of the house are great people, they are super attentive, left nothing to be desired, we will come back more often!

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

Spotless Apartment Everything is clean and functional Bathroom with excellent shower The only detail is the building, which is old and poorly maintained, it only has 1 elevator that is worn out for all apartments and floors. On my floor, the smell of cigarettes 🍁 permeated the air, but unfortunately it is already “cultural”. It has a very good kitchen for meals, very good mattresses and sheets, the air conditioning is very cold... It's worth every penny paid.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact to the check-out. The apartment is well-equipped, beautiful and functional. There are many things to do nearby, there is a market 3 minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed our stay, we intend to return and we recommend it!

Full, clean and very nice apartment. The kitchen and rooms have everything we need for a comfortable stay. The condominium is very beautiful, well organized, with an excellent swimming pool. Well located, close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Beautiful view (exactly as shown in the photos). The apartment was spotlessly clean, with new furniture and fragrant linens. An excellent option for those who want to spend a few days in Recife with an excellent cost-benefit. In addition, check-in was flexible, depending on availability, and the host was very helpful, even recommending tourism companies and amenities that were not listed in the rental.

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very receptive and clear in the information provided. The house is very good, better in person than in the photos (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have a view of it. One single detail (for me and my guests) that was missing: Blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it ends up becoming a little inconvenient to always be woken up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early because of the light. Even so, 5 stars for the whole context.
