The only problems were the lack of a support table or a small cabinet to store groceries, lighting in the kitchen at night, and the part of the support table where the thermos and plates are kept, which is very low. I was hitting my head when I got up (it's bad for tall people). There were also a lot of insects in the bush on the balcony, you could trim this bush, but even with the negative points I would return and recommend it to any friend.

A very pleasant house for those seeking peace and connection with nature, very close to the beach, which is very beautiful. we spent many good days in Ubatuba and Li's house was a great place to stay. I advise you to go to the big markets first, the markets near the house have high prices. (It's worth it for an emergency). If you can take a plug-in repellent and an ironing repellent, it's also a good idea. I saw it in the previous comments, but I ended up not taking it and I got some bites.

The treehouse is a haven! We spent days with the family and even with a rainy season the stay in the house was perfect and cozy. There were 4 of us and 2 pets, and we were able to have a pleasant time watching movies, playing cards, cooking and enjoying the beach, river and waterfalls. Grazi and her family were extremely attentive even during a setback we had with the car tire. I highly recommend it for those who want to take days off to rest, peace, with plenty of woods and still having the possibility to go to nearby beaches. Thank you for the stay! Casa incrivel, airy, beautiful on the inside with beautiful views to the garden that is Mata Atlantica. Cozy place, ominous domestic utensils, comfortable bed, lencois and bed linen tmb. Near the sea, day and night you can hear the sound of the waters of the sea. Excellent restaurants, quitandas tmb. We stopped the car in a covered, super quiet parking lot. The beach is beautiful and on the side is a beach d reserva has other beautiful beaches and waterfalls of easy access. Cris has welcomed us very well! Gorgeous Days! I want to go back.

Our contact did not go directly with Marília and Fernando, but with Lúcia, a resident of the Village who was responsible for us to receive when we arrived in Picinguaba. Due to the high volume of people traveling to the coast, even leaving the house early, we had problems in the mountains, but when talking to Lúcia, it was extremely requested and authorized us to arrive a little later. The reception was wonderful and the first impression of the place and the house also, a cozy, calm and pleasant place, Host Marília presented us with her book. The house, fully prepared, kitchen with impeccable utensils, bathroom with extra towels and extremely clean, room, organized, smelling and cozy. No negative points, it will definitely be the first option if we return to Picinguaba.

I really felt very comfortable at Joao's house. They were very hospitable, available and helpful. The house was clean and the place is very beautiful. The location is great because the beach was only 400 meters away.

First time I stayed at the hummingbird cottage. Much smaller than the others I've stayed at on the property, but excellent for my need, which was an overnight stay! Everything extremely clean, attention to the smallest details and wonderful atmosphere!

We stayed for 2 days and it was amazing. The house completely met our expectations and the whole process was very pleasant. The house is very charming and has a great infrastructure to make the stay very comfortable. We had a small issue with Sky tv, which was not working, but since my trip proposal and the one for my trip was to disconnect, we ended up not even reporting the issue to our host. The kitchen has enough equipment to make a good breakfast, and in addition to the utensils, the host offers us spices, coffee and sugar. Although I do not need to communicate with the host during the stay, we contacted Olival to request more firewood for the salamander, which was promptly serviced. A small negative point is the cracks in the front door, which makes some bugs enter the house. If you have a phobia like me, this may be a problem. Otherwise, I had a great stay and I highly recommend the rental!

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

We love the accommodation and it's even nicer than the pics! Everything was with impeccable cleaning, the kitchen had all the utensils you will need for cooking, the bathroom is beautiful with the pressure of the VERY good shower, the bed and the pillows are very comfortable and the pool was very nice to swim. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. The decoration, cleanliness and all the details (courtesy of drinks in the minibar, bath salts, air freshener, vases with lavender around the cottage that leave a pleasant smell, bathrobe, very soft and fragrant towels) were points that caught our attention and we liked it a lot! Our stay was very peaceful and we were able to enjoy both the cottage and the city of Cunha. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots, plates, glasses, mugs, crystal glasses, all top quality, impeccable! We prepared breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. The Girassol cottage is perfect! We love it so much!

We had an amazing time in the wonderful bungalow! every day was a tough decision between staying or going to the beautiful beaches nearby. all day long all you hear is the waves and the forest. we felt very safe throughout, although I wouldn't have stayed there on my own, because it is pretty secluded. thank you so much for the quick answers! We were wonderfully hosted by Constanza and Alexandro, we felt comfortable. The environment immediately more, quiet and a little isolated while enjoying the amenities. To access the accommodation, a short 3-minute walk, the car remained in a shaded and safe parking lot, in Trindade, it's safe everywhere and peace and love, in any case at this time when it's much less crowded, it's even the best time to come because, it's still a real summer ++, heat during the day, cool at night to sleep well. We were charmed by the bucolic and tropical side. Ideal for admiring the lush nature in the hammocks. In the accommodation, with beautiful bay windows, it was perfect, clean and tidy. We enjoyed the breakfast offered, not to be missed! Around, there are supermarkets, and restaurants with your feet in the sand, the dream. Extremely clean room, even considering it's a beach. Facilities with up-to-date maintenance, comfortable beds and easy access. Marcela and Oscar respond very quickly whenever I needed them. I recommend it

Excellent accommodation, to get there you have to take a dirt road uphill, my car was 1.8 and I did well, a car with a little less power may have a greater difficulty but the host gave the coordinates accurately, my fiancée and I liked it a lot 🙏🏽

We simply love it, speechless to describe this fds. Fernanda was super clear in the instructions and Beto received us so much well, super friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful, a real refuge, a place of peace surrounded by nature, where we could sleep with the noise of the river. The accommodation is beautiful, all the decoration is in very good taste. The location is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and organized, with special emphasis on the bathroom (very spacious) and the outside (with barbecue, hammock and table). Very easy to find and very easy check-in, with the host always responding quickly. Very beautiful beach, especially at sunrise.
