My family only stayed one night, we were there for less than 12 hours but it was great stay, a very friendly cat welcomed us, easy access to the house and everything looked clean. The only thing I wish is that lights were on outside when I arrived as I got there by myself, it was really dark that was not able to see the numbers to enter the door code. I also understand that is out of the host's control but the walls are really thin and I was able to hear everything from the space next to us (child crying and their really loud tv on).

Easy, clean, stay. It was exactly as described. We stayed for one night to rest during our travels. So easy we didn’t have to reach out to our hosts once. My hubby slept like a baby in the bed. Very cute comfy space. I was excited about the popcorn LOL. It was a perfect spot to reset before hitting the road again. Thank you.

I stayed here before 7 years ago so I knew what to expect but it's such a beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. Rick was a great host and suggested places to go in the area. As a guest you are really felt welcome and to make it your own while you're there. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

I’ve stayed at Asa and Lorna’s place numerous times. I always feel very much at home. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is always very clean. If there’s availabilities, I stay every time I go to Spokane.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s! Even though it was only for one night, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Eric was friendly and gave great suggestions on where to go in Spokane. The house was in the country, but still so close to downtown, we loved it! The room was just as described; it was clean and homey. His outdoor area was beautiful. Wish we were there longer to enjoy it more. We would definitely come back. Thanks, Eric!

We had a great stay, the house is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The house is very large and a beautiful property. Short walk to downtown and the river. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
