Beachfront vacation rentals in Miami River

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

Perfect location, spotless place. Near everything but out of Brickell busy streets. Host was super responsive and kind. Definitely will book again!

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and quiet. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach. Complimentary 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. The host was very responsive and gave great tips and recommendations for our stay in Miami.

What a beautiful place! Amazing suite at the Setai. It was just like the pictures, unbeatable location and view at one of the top Miami Beach hotels. Great host! Will definitely be back

Considering the hotel’s best days are well in the past, the room was nice. Better than booking a room through the hotel with all the same amentities, especially price wise. Will be staying here again when I come back.

Absolutely amazing property ! The unit is stunning . Very clear communication from the host . Feels private and luxurious! No hustle or bustle like in most south beach properties . Perfect for families with kids . Resident concierge is a great plus here . They bring your stuff in and help you with any requests

The apartment is well located, close to the bars and the beach, very complete, it had umbrellas and beach chairs. Yes, on some nights you could hear the noise from the apartments next door. Beyond that, highly recommended. Regards

We have just got back from a short stay here and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a fantastic area, very close to the beach and some good restaurants. It was also a short walk to Ocean Drive, the free trolley bus was just around the corner, along with a Citibike stand literally metres away. The apartment looks lovely inside, very stylish, and there is a locked closet to store your valuables whilst out. We used the pool during our stay, which was a real bonus. The block itself and local area were both quiet and we felt very safe. This was a fabulous place to stay in Miami Beach and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will be back and have already suggested it to some friends.

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

The place was exactly as described beautiful and in a great location. Igor was very responsive and provided flexibility. The stunning surroundings and ideal location enhanced the overall experience. Having a host like Igor, who was both responsive and flexible, added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. I would definitely go again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominque’s place! I was looking for a quick getaway and this was exactly what I needed! I loved the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach area. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to get in/out when the weather was less than sunny some days. All of the essentials in the house were great, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to go back for my next getaway!

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants, quiet inside and lively outside which we love. Great overall we are already planning on coming back.
