Vacation rentals with beach access in Miami River

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

Had an amazing stay here, couldn’t have asked for much more! The host was incredible, always checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The room is very modern, very clean and super spacious. The area is gorgeous, super peaceful and walkable and so close to the beach. Food in the area is pretty expensive but it’s Miami, we expected it! Uber to get into downtown, airport or up further along Miami Beach is super easy and cheap! Maintenance was also super friendly and helpful on the one request we had about the safe not working. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Miami!!

Great place, clean, easy to find, and welcoming!!

My guests and I truly enjoyed our stay at Enrique’s place. Conveniently located, clean, pictures are the same as in person, comfortable. Enrique was extremely communicative, and promptly responded when we needed him. I would suggest improving the check-out experience as we had a bit of trouble with turning in our key fob. But, Enrique was helpful and came up with a different solution. Overall, would recommend and book again! Thanks Enrique!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

a beautiful place if you love the beach, literally less than a minute walk to the beach! would love to be back here. what a nice space too but it needs a little bit of updating happening. the floors are getting a little bit broken, no window screens, more kitchen stuff, and need something to put something to hold stuff inside the shower. but overall Valerio was a great host!

Great house we used as overflow from a retreat nearby. Beautiful backyard also.

Marc’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend our two weeks in Miami. The house is well equipped and the grill works well. The pool and backyard was well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to many of the main neighborhoods (Wynwood, brickell & Miami Beach) we wanted to visit and walkable to little Havana. House was secure and we felt safe throughout. Overall great stay!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Staying at this BNB was a great experience. Was peaceful and would recommend for those in the area. The host was responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend

Leonardo is one of the most attentive and friendly host I've ever met. His attention to detail is phenomenal and always care about the guest as number one priority. I will definitely come back again.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Before coming here, I was reading reviews about it being loud, but that was not true at all. I mean it’s Miami. Every night we fell asleep perfectly. I liked all the shampoo and amenities plenty of body wash and all those things. They had pots and pans for cooking and we were able to make mac & cheese so 10/10. The balcony was absolutely stunning. We loved that the location was so close to CVS. You can walk there so if you happen to forget anything on vacation that really solves all problems. There’s lots to do nearby like restaurants and bars super walkable! AND LASTLY- the balcony is stunning!!
