The super comfortable queen-size bed and nice sheets will make sure you get a good night's rest, making you ready for the next day in this extraordinary city. The desk in the bedroom is a great spot to do some work or plan your next day, while overlooking the building's interior patio. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Inside this smartly-furnished apartment, minimalist and mid-century notes compose a design lover's symphony. The apartment is located on a quiet street, less than a mile from all the must see sites in Mexico City (the Anthropology, Modern Art and Rufino Tamayo Museums) and the historic center (Bellas Artes, Zocalo and Templo Mayor Pyramid), as well as the best restaurants and shops. Grab a public bike for a ride or just enjoy a very nice walk through Reforma Avenue. 5 minute walk to all public transportation: city bikes stations, bus and subway (Sevilla & Insurgentes metro stops) Walking distance to Polanco, Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. With a 24hr. grocery store, bookshops, coffee shops, cinemas, and great restaurants around the corner. Still, the apartment is conveniently located not in the core of the fuzz, but just three blocks away to keep your morning and evening hours at home nice and calm. I live between Barcelona and Mexico City so I can not always meet my guests. I also prefer to give them space and respect their privacy. We always check that everything is running and in pristine condition at the apartment. If they need anything urgent. Luis and Misael are in the building and they help me manage the department. I am always available by email or whatspp. Colonia Roma es el barrio de moda de la ciudad. Es céntrico y perfecto para visitar los lugares de interés y escapar del tráfico. A pocos pasos encuentras restaurantes, cafés, bares y galerías; todo en un ambiente seguro y agradable para caminar. Uber or Cabify is what I always use to move around the city. The central location of the department makes you reach quickly and cheap almost anywhere. Metrobus and metro stations are a few blocks from the apartment; The ecobici system also offers a mobility alternative. The apartment is impeccable and has all the services. It is a spacious and bright space with views of the trees on the street. The rooms are quiet and the spaces can be completely darkened so that you can sleep peacefully. The building won the Silver Medal of the Biennial of Mexican Architecture and the prestigious FAD Prize in Spain
