A gem on a very quiet and central street

A charming corner of a one-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples who want to spend quality time in the center of Tel Aviv near all the hot places of Tel Aviv, and ten minutes walk from the sea! Near Dizengoff Square and the Chin, but a quiet side location, a wonderful Chen garden with a cafe in it exactly in front of the house, with perfect coffee and community neighborhood atmosphere. Wonderful cafes around, everything you will need within a 1 minute walking radius in the field of recreation, restaurants, shopping, culture. The apartment is renovated and graceful. The unit has clean towels and linens, as well as a solar water heater, so on sunny days there is no need to turn on a boiler. There is a shelter in the building, half a floor below the unit.

The apartment is located on the -1 floor, with 2 English windows (dug in the ground) A variety of ventilation and lighting solutions made the apartment bright and airy. Suitable for a couple, a couple +2, it can also be shared 3-4 friends. The property has a fully equipped kitchenette, and a shower with hot water The property is not suitable for Sabbath-observant due to electric systems operating automatically as well as due to the electric entrance door.
