I almost NEVER leave a written review of my stays at AirBnB places...but this trip was exceptional and worth a few words. It was one of the very best vacations my wife and I have had in years, and much of that was due to not just the apartment but the outstanding communication and information we received from Jochen and Jakob. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Found a couple of wonderful places to visit, hidden gem restaurants on their recommendation, and tips for inter-city transport. We highly recommend this listing - can't wait to visit again!

We felt very comfortable. Kevin and Claudia always responded quickly. In the apartment there is everything you need. The equipment is very high quality. Düsseldorf can be easily reached in 25 minutes by car. The house is in a quiet area, only the air traffic during the day takes some getting used to.

Super clean, very nicely decorated and completely uncomplicated. It was a very nice short stay. I'd love to come back. It was a lot of fun.

An all-round successful stay! We felt very comfortable with Hans from the beginning. Communication was straightforward and fast – all information came in time, and Hans was always available for questions. The place was exactly as described (if not better): central, cozy and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that someone is making an effort to make guests feel welcome. We particularly liked the associated courtyard (here you can have a great breakfast) and the tasteful furnishings. Would definitely come back and can fully recommend the place. Julia's apartment is located in the beautiful district of Solingen-Gräfrath. Restaurants, bakeries (organic) and ice cream parlors are within 5 minutes. As a dog owner and hiker, you can also quickly get to the forest and meadow. Thank you for the wonderful stay !

We felt very comfortable with Isabell and Britta. The apartment is clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished, has very good facilities, nothing is missing. The quiet location in the countryside allows for rest breaks and yet it is a good base for exploring the Ruhr area by car and bike. It was a pleasure to visit the alpacas every day or to watch them from the skylight - they radiate a holiday feeling with their calm. We also learned a lot of interesting things about these great animals from our hosts and were even allowed to experience the shearing. Thank you for a great holiday.

We had a great stay at David's place, value for money was really excellent. The flexible self check-in with separate entrance was very pleasant, the apartment was spotlessly clean, however the highlight for us was definitely the private terrace overlooking the garden! David was a very helpful and friendly host, our communication went smoothly :) Thank you for the great stay, we will be happy to come back! :)

I was fully satisfied with the accommodation and there is a nice and very quiet environment. You can also walk/hike there very well. And the communication with the host was easy and great. I'd love to come back.

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quick to reach (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Anyone who values the opportunity to watch TV should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

We had a pleasant stay in Benjamin's apartment. Everything was clean and the location right at the tram station is very convenient. Communication with Benjamin was quick and easy. The small bedroom is only accessible through another room, which did not disturb us. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

We really had everything we needed: Relaxing nights after exciting days at the Dokomi fair in Düsseldorf, which was very easy to reach. It was very pleasant to come to such a clean and cozy place and to be personally welcomed so kindly. We surprisingly liked the surroundings, even if we didn't have time for further exploration. We'll have to come back again.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.
