I stayed at Ana’s apartment for a week. I had been travelling quite a lot and just wanted a place to relax and this was perfect. I love cooking and was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was, it had every utensil I could possibly need. There are 2 televisions in the apartment, the one in bedroom has Netflix. The apartment is very safe, security are always on call and replied to my messages straight away when I had any questions. The gym was also very well equipped and had all the equipment needed for a full workout. Ana was a great host and kept in contact to ensure I had everything I needed.

We loved our stay! We especially loved being so close to the park! We walked there every day, we rented the bikes for the kids and they roamed around. Also, there are a lot of great restaurants nearby, very delicious! Be ready for the high altitude! It felt rough for us but not for the kids :) Also, we didn't get to use the amenities (pool, hot tub, and the saunas) because we didn't have swimming caps which were required... So, remember to bring your own or if you know where to buy them, do it :)

A modern, new house, quiet, located in a gated complex with great views. The center of Sangolqui is within easy reach. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, gives many tips. I'd love to come back

An incredible view, check-in was flexible so it facilitated our organization in uio, I highly recommend it. It is a place in it you will have privacy, security and above all you will feel at home, the location is accessible to commercial places, restaurants, etc.

Gabriel is an excellent host, the visit from the 20th floor was the best, and he was always available to support us in everything we needed and the location was undoubtedly in front of the Carolina and several restaurants.

The place, it is super cozy and is very well located, the facilities are perfect and the same cleanliness, it also has Parqueadero that seemed perfect! Beatriz is very helpful and is always available for any questions. ✨

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Xavier is a super friendly and quick responding host. Check in was a breeze ...just showed ID to concierge and got the keys! oh my God....the place was sparkling clean, so spacious and comfortable! All instructions are on the kitchen bench. Kitchen has got everything to prepare breakfast and a small meal. Great shower with good pressure! The Washing machine and dryer came to good use after traveling for 3 weeks and running out of clean cloths! Great location, lots of restaurants and huge shopping centre close by! 3 mins walk to beautiful Carolina Park. We had a fabulous stay in Xavier's apartment and can highly recommend it!

Felipe deserves his 5 star review. This home is in great shape and and the kitchen is very well stocked. Felipe was so good at communicating, he immediately responded and fixed quickly any issues we had. He also allowed us to have family over to visit and trusted us that we would take good care of his place. The guards were so kind as well. The building has a game room and movie room you can reserve for free. The location is absolutely amazing. 30 seconds walking places to many restaurants and like 1 minute walking distance to the movie theater. The super maxi is also just across the street. Everything was excellent. We would definitely come back in a heart beat. Thank you Felipe for your excellent service!
