This is a Beautiful, new apartment located in "La Carolina" area. Perfecto departamento para tres personas en el centro de Quito. Esta muy bien conectado con el sistema de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación del metro. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso un edificio muy seguro estilo neoclásico y que además cuenta con hermosas vistas de Quito. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor ni estacionamiento.
