The apartment, recently renovated, in a building with elevator, doorman and video surveillance. Very close to the Politeama theatre and 15 min to Massimo theatre, but outside the ZTL. Excellent connections to the airport, train station Lolli and harbor. Close to the bus stop to the beach of Mondello and tourist buses. Nearby you will find parking (5 min), many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. All places of interest can be reached in a short time on foot. Perfect for couples!
