Vacation rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Naples

I really enjoyed my stay at Francesca‘s and Vincenzo‘d place! They were super friendly and always responsive to my questions. I felt very comfortable at the home and the location is also fine. Directly at the street there is a market where you can buy fresh fruit and the historic city as well as the central train station were easily reached by foot. I would definitely come back here 🥰

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for our family of 4. Staying in the heart of the Spanish Quarter was one of the highlights of our trip—so much energy, food, and culture in the area that really immersed us. The view from the top is unbeatable and a great way to wind down at the end of the day. The pictures don’t do justice to the views and the amazing living room. If back in Naples, we would definitely stay again!

Nice place, great host. There were only two minor concerns: 1. Far from Naples city center - even by car using the toll highway, the trip takes about 40 minutes. 2. The towels were only 99% clean - after washing my face and drying it, I found someone else's hair on my face. But despite that, I had a wonderful weekend. Thank you, Angelo, for your hospitality, openness, and willingness to help a guest and suggest local attractions and places to eat and relax))

We have stayed in over 32 cities around the world and this home was by far the most equipped with everything you need. Optimal location to all things needed, coffee, entertainment, beaches, highway, attractions, port. Very great location!!!!!!! Would stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay at Angel's property. Everything was clean and as per the description. The apartment is very well located and there are amazing restaurants and the sea at a walking distance.

What an amazing find!! Location was great and easy to use metro right there with 2-4 min walking! Found lots of yummy restaurants and fun tours. The place has everything you would need to eat right at home. All all the necessities were there. Giovanni was an amazing host and helped us get a private boat tour which was so much fun!! Highly recommend this place. I came with two teenagers and they picked it for the ping pong table..haha. But it was fun for the whole family!

We spent a relaxing few nights in this lovely Airbnb, its fairly high up the hill but you can catch the bus from the centre of Positano for a few euros which drops you just outside of the apartment opposite the. We loved sitting on the balcony with some snacks and a bottle or two of wine watching the sunset and looking at the amazing views. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. We were checked in by Angelo who couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us some great tips for restaurants and what was in the local area and the easiest way down to the centre of Positano. We booked porter service to bring our luggage up to the apartment but we walked back down to the port on leaving along the road which is downhill all the way and very easy to navigate with cases and it took it around 15 to 20 mins at a gentle pace. A fab place to stay.

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.

Our stay in Massa Lubrense at Irinia's was superb. We stayed for 8 nights having driven down from the UK over a number of days. Specific requirements included, secure parking, a second was ability to do some washing (tiny boot in an MX5). Those two boxes were easily ticked off and many more. The home was absolutely spotlessly clean with many small touches making it very homely. Every item you could need was provided. A sea view and the quiet position added that extra element of perfection. After a days sight seeing returning to a quiet haven each day, listening to the local church bells was magical. A great base for exploring, basically slap bang between Naples and Amalfi. A day trip to Capri was also easy, arranged by Irinia from the local harbour. The icing on the cake was Irinia's constant concern that our stay was perfect. Several great local restaurants, Da Michelle was our favourite, 10 minute walk, a bit longer back up! We loved our stay at Dreamer’s Home. The view of Positano was beautiful. We spent a lot of the time on the large balcony just taking in the view. Giovanni was such a good host. He met us when we get there and helped show us to the place. Before he left he showed us a map of the town with suggestions on where to eat and the best way to get around. He was also very quick to respond anytime we had questions. We highly recommend staying here on your trip to Positano. We hope to be back someday.

Mirna is a true gem. Saying that she is the perfect host doesn’t do it justice - in the weeks leading up to my stay, she checked in regularly to make sure that I was able to book activities (as things get booked up in the Sorrento Coast). She arranged for me to have groceries delivered since I wasn’t renting a car nor scooter. She provided so much information that guided all of my activities, and even when I needed to make additional plans, she placed those calls for me to ensure that I could get reservations. Her kindness was so appreciated. Her home is very clean and her housekeeper was so helpful, even helping me to carry my luggage up the small hill to the main road. Mirna provided coffee, the kitchen utensils that I needed to make my own meals, and I didn’t need anything more. The VIEW is as spectacular as Mirna is…rent her home, you will regret not doing so…in addition to renting a car or scooter (otherwise, she has the name of a fantastic driver)!

We had an unforgettable honeymoon at Eversun villa in Massa Lubrense — a truly magical place that exceeded every expectation. From the breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding cliffs to the peaceful, romantic atmosphere, every moment felt like a dream. A special thanks to Francesco, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. His warm hospitality, thoughtful support, and fantastic local recommendations added a personal touch that made us feel instantly at home. From hidden beaches to authentic dining spots, he helped us experience the Amalfi Coast like locals. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our new chapter together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene, scenic, and special escape.

Super gemütlich, tolle Terrassen, Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger negativer Punkt : unter/neben dem Haus ( im Berg) ist ein Bahntunnel der manchmal ziemlich laut ist. Ebenfalls ist die Einflugschneise nach Neapel direkt über dem Haus. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. We were able to leave bags whilst exploring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. The terrace was a great size and has views of a beautiful church and tower. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building has a very friendly concierge during the week and a lift. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the port :) I would definitely stay again! Siamo stati 3 giorni nella casa di Claudia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa super carina, molto fine e soprattutto pulita, con tutto il necessario e uno splendido terrazzino, ci sono anche un sacco di indicazioni su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare in un book situato in sala, la metro é a pochi passi dall appartamento e in poche fermate si é a Napoli centro, l’ accoglienza di Claudia non ha eguali, una persona meravigliosa, spero di rivederti presto. Le séjour chez Cristina était magnifique : le logement est beau et très bien équipé, la terrasse et vue sur mer sont incroyables ! Il y a des commerces et Restaurants à proximité à pied.

The house was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described. Louka was a fantastic host—he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the parking and the apartment. The location of the house was excellent, right next to a train station that’s about 20–25 minutes from the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We would definitely choose this house again!

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved Alvina & her apartment…she deserves more than 5-stars. Not only was the place incredibly clean & spacious for all of us, but Alvina was super accommodating to us every single day. The floors were HEATED and the AC was amazing. She was super helpful with restaurants and local things/suggestions for us. She was very much “mothering” us but in a positive manner! This was by far the best airbnb and BEST host. Alvina is just incredibly sweet, helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful (giving us water when we first got there/ trying to help with our luggage up the stairs). Great apartment, great host…priceless experience!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Stefano and his father were super helpful and gave us the best recommendation. Unfortunately the restaurant Tandem, was so good we are finding it hard to top for the rest of our meals in Italy! The location was perfect for access to walkable subway and getting to all the excursions. Thank you both!
