Condo vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

What a lovely space. Was surprised how big it was when we got in was not expecting that. Great location very easy to get around many things to do After being on the road for a couple of weeks, it’s nice to be able to do laundry and have a dry quickly. We Really enjoyed our visit to Cagliari, The apartment is well located and equipped with all you need for a great stay. It’s close to good restaurants, trains and the historic part of the city. It’s city living. Alessandra was a super host and we plan to return.

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hairdryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information for visiting Cagliari. Highly recommended

We truly appreciated the hospitality, especially the thoughtful touch of offering us a local Cagliari beer, it was a great way to start our stay. The decoration of the Airbnb was lovely and made us feel right at home. Tips for getting around and visiting the main sights were really helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. I've never found a home on Airbnb that's so clean and organized. Perfect bathroom. There is literally everything you could need, I even found jams, honey and coffee for breakfast plus a much appreciated snack. Maria Letizia was very helpful, especially because I had to check out at 6:30 in the morning and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. Convenient location, there are parking lots, the bus is very close and it takes 30 minutes to get to the station. Highly recommended.

Everything was really nice and comfortable and exceeded our expectations! The space is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, put together with care and love. Features like heated floors, smart lighting, towel hooks, a modern door system etc made our stay incredibly comfortable. The apartment is freshly renovated in a modern stylish way. Very clean and filled with sunlight in the morning. There are also personal touches – paintings, furniture – that make it feel cozy and special. After walking in the city or by the sea, it was so nice to come back and relax. The bed is very comfortable. At night it was quiet, so we slept with the windows open. Carlo is a wonderful host – very friendly, kind, and helpful. He gave us great tips about Cagliari and shared a very useful guide for the apartment and the city. The location is great – just next to the main pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. We really recommend this apartment. We enjoyed everything!

Fantastic apartment, especially for a larger group. The location was excellent - on a beautiful tree lined boulevard and walking distance to the historic area and all the main sites. Very quiet too with double glazed windows. It was also spotless and nicely furnished/presented. Lots of thoughtful small touches. Thanks Renata, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

The accommodation was very good, as described. I paid a cleaning fee of €14. The room and apartment were very clean for that :) .

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)
