This location was great, the host was amazing very communicative. When I first arrived I was lost due to the address being wrong however the host called me right away and gave me the correct instructions upon entry into the home. The area is a tad bit underdeveloped… but overall the experience was good. The Airbnb was up to date and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay

It was a nice spot and the owner was very responsive to whatever needs I had. It is conveniently located to the local bar, restaurants and clubs. Recommend to anyone visiting Rosarito, and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

A really welcoming couple who provided good service! Our plane was late and they waited for us overnight. We will definitely come back and recommend this accommodation. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness! The location is perfect because it is not in the center and therefore not noisy! However, we are a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment was beautifully maintained and had everything I could possibly need for a relaxing trip. From the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen it was exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed as well. The check-in process was smooth, and Alexis was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout. The home was spacious and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard, made it safe for our toddler to play in the sand. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and bbq. We will definitely stay at this Airbnb again.

Will definitely be staying again I felt safe with the guards they were friendly very helpful not too far from Rosarito the taxes were like $10 there and back very close to the beach walking distances! Place was clean and beds were so comfortable

The waves rolling in create a soothing rumble in the background. We saw dolphins and oodles of pelicans. This unit's location is one mile south of the border on the main drag of the playas. Convenient to beach, restaurants, coffee, everything! Host is very responsive! Love the parking guard. Quiet part of the neighborhood!

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

Ubicación inigualable ! Teníamos muchas otras opciones pero nos decidimos por este alojamiento por dos razones: No tiene escaleras y cuenta con una vista al sol y playa inigualable!! De ahí ademas de eso regresariamos a este alojamiento porque tooodo nos gustó! Cuenta con un balcon con chimenea y sala donde bebimos unas copas de vino y otros bebieron café a la luz de la luna y con el sonido de las olas del mar... Las camas super cómodas, La cocina super equipada, tiene 3 televisiónes, sala, cocina, comedor, baño que se comunica con la habitación con agua calientita y por si fuera poco este alojamiento tiene piscina y gimnasio! Y claro, no podía faltar un Oxxo a tan solo 5 minutos del hospedaje ♡ Simplemente fue la mejor elección y regresariamos sin duda! Muchas gracias Carlos Ignacio!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Ariel's listing. Everyone there is super friendly and respectful. It's very secure and quiet. Security guard is really nice and does his job well by checking everyone who comes in. The place is spacious and has a very nice view. Rooms have very comfortable beds so you will sleep like a baby. You get your own parking spaces, two of them. You have to love that. Thank you Ariel for making our experience a very enjoyable one. I will definitely be looking forward to booking this place again when I go back to TJ. My business has been earned.
