It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set back in a established gardens with scented roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A new house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

There’s fabulous views of Mt Buller from lounge room & deck. The Delatite River is 200 meters from the house, & Delatite winery is a short drive. The house is great in winter or summer months, with snow activities but hiking, mountain biking and horse riding nearby.

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Fire + Ice was a lovely, clean, cosy home and had everything we needed for our new year weekend getaway. We went during the summer months and the Delatite river is just a stone's throw away and the kids had a great time there. The firepit at the house was also a favourite of everyone. Caroline and Duncan were amazing hosts and communication was always prompt, friendly and clear. Will be a great spot for winter as the place is only a 15 minute drive away from Mt.Buller.

A green felt snooker table is set for a game, featuring a neatly arranged triangle of colored balls. Bright light filters in from large windows, illuminating the room's simple decor, which includes framed posters on the wall.

We had a truly memorable stay! The place was incredibly welcoming and thoughtfully put together—every little detail made it feel special. The rooms were super cosy with stunning views all around. Our two kids (ages 5 and 2) had an absolute blast! We were treated to visits from nature right at our doorstep—beautifully coloured parrots, kangaroos, and even deer just steps away. The amenities were ideal for a family getaway: a great collection of board games for the kids, a pool table for family fun, and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfy, and we especially appreciated the quality pillows—a rare find in most Airbnbs, and so essential for a good night’s sleep. Beattie and Roger were fantastic hosts—very responsive and kind. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. A perfect family retreat!

The place is very charming and the walk to the river is very short and once you’re there, there’s just a stunning natural beauty. You can really relax. The camper of course is small but very well organized clean and new. And you sleep like a baby because it’s so fresh air from the field all night long. The shower is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. AbsolutelyAbsolutely recommend for a relaxing weekend.

What a beautiful home! We loved our stay at Curia house, such a comfortable, beautifully decorated space where everything has been thought of. Walking distance to town and a great place to base yourself to explore the area. If you’d like a bit of luxury and something special next time you’re in Mansfield I highly recommend this home.

A modern kitchen includes a central island with three rattan stools. Pendant lights hang above the counter, which is equipped with a sink. The cabinetry and backsplash feature dark tones, while a decorative rooster and various kitchenware adorn the shelves.
