Beautiful interior apartment with independent entrance. Well-lit, spacious bathroom and good kitchen 1 block from the theater, 2 blocks from the Sanatorium, 3 blocks from downtown, for 3 people plus 1 baby crib. It has an exceptional patio with quincho, churrasquera and shared garden. Where you can enjoy the affection of Cacha, Lara and Frida who are our pets. We like to receive your suggestions and thus improve our service for future guests.

The quincho is enjoyed all year round since it has PVC enclosure, bathroom, double grill and other amenities. The pool is a unique space for big guys. We have local techado for 3 vehicles.
