Beautiful interior apartment with independent entrance. Well-lit, spacious bathroom and good kitchen 1 block from the theater, 2 blocks from the Sanatorium, 3 blocks from downtown, for 3 people plus 1 baby crib. It has an exceptional patio with quincho, churrasquera and shared garden. Where you can enjoy the affection of Cacha, Lara and Frida who are our pets. We like to receive your suggestions and thus improve our service for future guests.

It is a very warm, very bright and ventilated apartment, quiet and spacious. Ideal to come for work or get to know the beautiful city. It has a communal grill, solarium, and laundry room. The building is still under construction so you can see some dust in hallways, elevators and staircase
