There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

We loved our visit to the Lifeboat. Curt and Emily were great to work with and extremely responsive, from when we were first looking for an airbnb many months ago, until checkout! The unit is spacious, has a comfy bed, and is in a great location! There are many restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques within a block or two. We loved going down to the river front, a block away. We highly recommend Curt and Emily’s place!

Jennifer and Peter's place was wonderful, very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that was listed. Would recommend if you are in the area

We had a fantastic stay at Rolling Meadows Place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - everything from spices to a Keurig, air fryer, and even cookbooks! The fenced in back yard was also a great bonus! Check-in was easy, the neighborhood was peaceful but close to everything, and the host was responsive and kind. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Evansville!

Brian was super responsive throughout the process. His place was great for my large family to stay for the weekend. Plenty of room for kids and a great spot for our dog as well.
