I rented the apartment at short notice as a service apartment; I worked in a nearby clinic. Overall problem-free procedure with contact and rental, very clean apartment and very friendly landlady, who was always available in case of questions and did everything to my complete satisfaction in a timely manner. Very quiet location in a residential area close to the Rhine. Due to the termination of my employment contract with reaching my retirement age, I have moved out; can highly recommend the apartment and landlady. Will come again any time.

The newly renovated studio on the third floor of an apartment building is located directly on the Rhine and is well equipped. The balcony is an oasis in the season. René is uncomplicated, easily accessible and flexible: he organized my very short-term booking well.
