The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. A smaller patio is available at the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.

Newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen (June -24) that connects to a larger living room with dining area and exit to covered terrace. In the living room there is a large sofa bed with good comfort, spacious space for two adults. At the back entrance, there is a paved patio. Small bedroom with family/bunk bed, double bed downstairs and single bed on the upper bed. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage is in a quiet area close to the stand, restaurants and shopping centers.

"This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

New holiday home near the sea & forest

Dear Sara! Thank you so much for borrowing your amazing holiday home for four days. The house is bright and spacious with a both practical and beautiful decor. We were three generations in the house - 8 adults and 2 children. There is a large wooden deck at the back of the house and a garden with a swing. The house is located close to the beach, sea and forest, where we went for walks in the beautiful nature. The house's kitchen is well equipped with service, bowls, dishes, etc. We cooked and baked birthday cakes-and everything worked perfectly. We were in the house in the month of November and greatly enjoyed the beautifully placed wood-burning stove. We would love to come back to this lovely house - maybe this summer - when we can swim in the sea and enjoy the terrace. Best wishes from The Kirkfeldt-Ankersen family.

Carl was a very attentive host. The apartment was as described and had everything you need. The bedrooms are very small and you have little opportunity to put something down but you have more space in the living area. We felt right at home and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and nearby bars/restaurants.

A charming red cottage with a steeply pitched roof is surrounded by greenery. Stone steps lead up to a wooden front door, framed by decorative white trim. Tall trees and lush foliage add to the natural setting and a small bench is visible nearby.

We had a great stay in Mellbystrand. The house is very traditional and very charming, cozy and comfortable. We can highly recommend it!

Cozy cottage/mobile home with everything needed for a few nights. A fully equipped kitchen. Two young people slept in the bunk bed. Easy check-in with key box. Close to the beach in Mellby and the forest area a few hundred meters away. Perfect for long walks & MTB cycling. We would be glad to come back!

We were four girls who rented the cottage, it was spacious and perfect for us! It was easy to get there + there was parking on site which was super. It was easy to get to the beach and public transport & shops were within walking distance. Chatarina was super nice and social but also gave us space for our stay. In the cottage, there were various tools, kitchen utensils and other necessities that can be used! The home looks exactly as pictured and we would all really recommend it! 10/10 ⭐️

We had a lovely stay in Lina's cozy little cabin, which has everything you need. The house is located next to beautiful nature and a quiet area, even though there are many other summer houses close by. A perfect place if you want to enjoy the beach and want to relax in one of the many cozy nooks in the garden. Lena was very helpful and accommodating and responded quickly to messages.
