Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

It has a fully fenced yard, which provides total privacy. This villa provides everything for a truly relaxing holiday.

Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 12 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartman Nena is set in Pahovići (Rakotule), a small and qiet village in central Istra, that offers peace and relax. The apartmant includes one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area. There is also a garden and a terrace with outhdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is provided with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and an electric kettle while the bathroom is provided with a washing mashine. A flat-screen TV is featured.
