We had a fantastic family stay at Casa da Ti Dores in Cativelos! The house is full of charm, beautifully restored, and very comfortable for families. It had everything we needed — cozy rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a peaceful setting. The warm pool was the highlight for all of us — absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Our kids loved it, and so did we! The village is quiet and welcoming, and it’s a great base for discovering Serra da Estrela. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing, authentic getaway. We hope to return!

Ana’s place is charming and comfortable. The view from the back terrace is spectacular. Ana kindly made a dinner reservation for us nearby and supplied us with freshly baked bread for breakfast. She is an excellent host and her place is perfect for relaxing in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We wished we had time to swim at the nearby river pool which looked amazing. Maybe next time! Casa bastante acolhedora. Para o inverno, muito quentinha com a salamadra na sala. acesso à casa só se faz, através de escadas. pode ser difícil para quem tem dificuldades de mobilidade.

Olá Cristian! Adorámos estar neste refúgio no meio da natureza, era mesmo o que estávamos a precisar. Choveu muito e a casa foi mesmo um abrigo acolhedor para todos, as nossas crianças adoraram "a casa de madeira no campo, mágica"! Dormimos muito bem e foi um privilégio poder usufruir desta experiência de viver numa aldeia medieval com tanta história e beleza. Adorámos o duche! Esperamos ter deixado tudo como encontrámos e agradecemos novamente! Cheers! T&T

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. wir konnten sehr gut zur Ruhe kommen und es gab unglaublich viel Platz. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Nachbarschaft war super nett. Es ist ein winziges Dorf, aber aus der Beschreibung und den vorherigen Bewertungen wussten wir, was auf uns zukommt. Mit dem Auto kann man im Umkreis von 40 Minuten wirklich schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.

If you want quiet cute old village stay. We stayed for a month and enjoyed watching the river and the start of the changing of the leaves. The house is ready to move in how ever long you want to stay with everything needed. The host is very nice.I would come back

We were very happy with our stay at Antonio & Carola's apartment. We really appreciated the warm welcome by Albino, who was always available with tips and advice. The clean and spacious apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by a wonderful garden (also highly appreciated by our children) and we had a sublime view from the apartment's large terrace. We can definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever were to visit the region again.

Ótimo espaço, agradável, estivemos durante o blackout que assolou Portugal e Espanha e estávamos super tranquilos e seguros. A anfitriã super preocupada e super atenciosa a todo o tempo. nós sentimos mais do que em casa. o lugar e lindo e com fácil acesso a todas as áreas da serra da estrela e redores dela. a paisagem e incrível e o lugar maravilhoso. com certeza vamos voltar. tem lareira, ar condicionado, aquecimento, um lugar amplo e super limpo. Muito bem cuidado. maravilhoso! sem palavras! Não tinha como ser melhor. melhor estadia, nós sentimos o tempo todo seguros e em casa!

Adorámos os dias que passámos na casa Regina. A casa é ainda mais bonita do que nas fotografias, a limpeza estava impecável, a casa é bem espaçosa, arejada, e tem absolutamente tudo aquilo de que possamos precisar. A Erica é muito disponível, responde sempre imediatamente a qualquer solicitação. O jacuzzi, claro, é a cereja no topo do bolo, bem como o terraço, onde podemos ver o sol a pôr-se e fazer as nossas refeições. Recomendamos totalmente esta experiência, a todos os que queiram passar uns dias tranquilos no campo.

Diogo is just a genuinely kind person, and from the moment we arrived he made us feel completely at ease. His hospitality and kindness were especially meaningful during such a special time in our lives. We couldn’t ask for a more special place to celebrate, and we are already looking forward to the day we can return!

Rustiek en charmant huisje in een klassiek Portugees berg dorpje. Mooi verbouwt en voorzien van alle gemakken. Voor mij als lange Hollander wel een kleine uitdaging maar het was geen probleem. Ik raad deze of een van de andere huisjes in de nabije omgeving van harte aan.

A casa está equipada com todas as comodidades e o terraço, com jacuzzi à temperatura ideal, proporciona uma vista de cortar a respiração. O proprietário foi sempre muito acessível e atencioso, dando sugestões úteis sobre locais a visitar e onde comer nas redondezas. O acesso é fácil e existe um supermercado próximo que disponibiliza serviço de entrega ao domicílio, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais prática e confortável. Uma experiência que recomendamos!

Sítio bucólico e isolado com um acesso próprio à ribeira de água limpa. Ao fim do dia costumavam passar dois Serra da Estrela provavelmente atraídos pelo cheiro do barbecue 😆

Procurávamos um lugal com lindas vistas, tranquilo em meio a natureza e achamos. Luiz tem uma pasta com trilhas a percorrer bastante interessante. Casa muito gostosa, recomendamos.
