We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. At Casa do Curral, you can find all the comforts for a good stay away from the crowds and in the tranquility of a small mountain village. Walking tours through the Teixeira stream valley, along the old postal route, offer different landscapes in each season. The House is located in Ramela, a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Guarda with 218 inhabitants, composed of 4 attached villages: Aldeia Nova, Aldeia Ruiva, Serra da Borja and Dominga-Feia.

My place is close to the Teja dam (Terrenho - Trancoso); Solar dos Brasis; Senhora da Lapa (Sernancelhe); Rock Art (Vila Nova de Foz Côa); Douro River. You'll love my place because it's quiet, has good access to rural areas with a pleasant view over chestnut groves and agricultural lands. Fountain House

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.
