Absolutely loved our stay at this villa—5 stars without hesitation. The space is beautifully styled, bright, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and airy open-plan living. The outdoor area is the standout: a pristine pool, lush greenery, and plenty of space to relax or dine alfresco. Breakfasts on the terrace were a real highlight. The bedrooms were spotless, with soft linens and everything we needed for a restful sleep. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to departure. A perfect balance of style, comfort, and calm—already looking forward to coming back.

Really beautiful place to stay! We felt super comfortable and had a really great time at Nikos's. Balcony and garden are great and everything was taken care of very nicely.

Welcome to paradise! Simply a great, very simple and therefore luxurious accommodation, with two terraces, one to the sea and one towards the mountains where you can enjoy the sun. The beach is a two-minute walk away and you can quickly reach many other great places in the surrounding area by car. At the top of the mountain there are great tavernas, quite original, friendly and overlooking the bay. The neighbors:upstairs on site were very friendly and helpful, as they have stayed with Stefanos several times. Also I will definitely come back and enjoy this great place. We booked this place up on the same day as we were unexpectedly leaving Loutraki. We were amazed athe the cleanliness and location of this accommodation. Angelika and Kostantinos are truly wonderful hosts and did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. They really could not have been more helpful. They recommended restaurants and Kostantinos walked us to quiet beaches! Angelika and Kostantinos also provided us with home grown pomegranites which were delicious. The property itself was immaculately clean and it was just what we required. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.
