the apartment was in top condition, beautifully furnished and very clean. the two bathrooms were very convenient for 5 people. the bedrooms are large and cozy. the communication was straightforward and inquiries were always answered quickly. we would love to go back anytime.

Our time in Vera's little loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. Vera's warm nature made us feel right at home. The accommodation is super clean and designed with creativity, love and craftsmanship visible in all corners. It is really very cozy and because of the lots of upcycling and the beautiful location exceptional and close to the nature. Despite the rain, we sat in the covered outdoor area for a long time and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the crackling rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. The stay is picture perfect, with a great view of the old town. It even has a cute little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to couples, siblings or solo travellers.

An all-round successful stay! We felt very comfortable with Hans from the beginning. Communication was straightforward and fast – all information came in time, and Hans was always available for questions. The place was exactly as described (if not better): central, cozy and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that someone is making an effort to make guests feel welcome. We particularly liked the associated courtyard (here you can have a great breakfast) and the tasteful furnishings. Would definitely come back and can fully recommend the place. We are very happy with everything. The place was exactly what we needed. Central location, everything is easily accessible, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, so that everything necessary is available. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and flawless. We would book the accommodation again.

The little house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside in peace and quiet. The quiet at night is perfect. In the surrounding area, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider surroundings are probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect to explore by bike and directly from the vacation home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in itself very generously. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

There is only one toilet, otherwise everything is great and a totally nice exchange with the owner. Everything you need is available.

Communication was great, even late. The apartment is incredibly beautiful, huge, well equipped, especially for children a huge recommendation! We were greeted with very nice touches for us and our baby and can only recommend this really nice and clean apartment! Thank you again !

I stayed with a friend for a Japan Day visit to Düsseldorf.The property has two floors and the accommodation was comfortable.The main bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, and the other room has 4 small beds.The hotel right next to the property is the reception, and they will help you with key handover and anything you need.I want to use it again.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quick to reach (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

Excellent, I've been to several Airbnbs and I've never been to one like this. Everything was perfect. The service was better than in a hotel and the apartment was much better than in the photos. An amazing view and very easy access to Messe Düsseldorf. (Convention Center) I will definitely be back.
